SET DESIGN

Television, commercial and theatre.

Designing spaces, vignettes and using creative visual artistry to tell a story. Visual elements convey a mood, whether it be the storyline or the personality of the characters.

I have had the privilege of working with some of Toronto’s most talented directors, producers, photographers and art directors on a variety of productions over the last fifteen years.

PRODUCT, PROP & FOOD STYLING

My styling skills are wide ranging from props, tabletop and food for still or motion photography, using unique elements to style on-camera. I have worked with a variety of brands to style their products for digital and print advertising.

Food & drink styling is one of my favorite gigs. Everyone can relate to gorgeous-looking and well-presented culinary arts.

My services include sourcing, selecting and general positioning of all the props and backgrounds.

INTERIOR STYLING, STAGING & DECORATING

Having studied and worked as an interior designer for several years before moving into television, I now collaborate with fellow interior designers to style interiors, soft furnishings and home spaces for portfolio shoots and editorial.

I have been called upon by realtors to consult on home improvements, space planning, staging and other aesthetic strategies to increase the value and present homes for resale.

Decorating has always been a passion of mine. Recreating a space or designing for a new home, I create thoughtful spaces that reflect the taste of the client. Editing current décor, adding new pieces, creating a beautiful and functional space; I explore new trends, use a blend of eclectic and vintage pieces with contemporary elements and carefully select décor with an emphasis on natural, sustainable materials. When possible, I encourage clients to support local businesses and artisans.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Dinner parties, special occasions and celebrations; creating event décor that transforms a space to fit a theme and outfit a party that will leave your guests with lasting memories.
